LOL Clinton only had to order it. He didn't have to go there himself...ya know? Bush deals with more than one thing at a time. Clinton did also. He just chose not to deal with OBL in an effective manner.

I would suggest the mentally defective hillious was far more a contributor to mr. bill's addiction to masturbation in the face of interns. Mr. bill freely chose to recruit interns for his addiction and spent lots of time calculating to to gratify his addiction demands in secret. In view of mr. bill's known past sex activity, clearly hillarious was and still is brain dead stupid or was in the know and did nothing. Republicans had nothing to do with mr. bill's sexual addiction problems. It also seems that at the climax of mr. bill's masturbation in the face of monica activities the Sudan was offering binnie. mr. bill's mind was on other strokes. So binnie got a bye and monica took it below the eye.
