Condi simply restated questions she did not wish to respond to, e.g., "I think the real question is..." She was brilliant in avoiding answering anything and adamantly refusing to apologize to the families of victims. Someone like yourself isn't interested in why Condi and bush failed to protect this country against terrorists.
