I don't recall anything that came close to being as credible as "from a reliable source" related to the missing 28 pages being about Saudi Arabia. That was pure fantasy pumped out by the US media. Nothing in the public domain gave a clue as to which country (countries) were mentioned in the redacted 28 pages.

It seems unlikely the Mossad agents crawling all over 9/11 would fail to be mentioned in that kind of report. If you live another 40 years, it will probably be declassified and published on the Internet by a bunch of white haired crackpots, where you'll be able to find out what was blacked out.
