Jake, "inside the US" is pretty specific. This is especially so when you consider the two possible main targets would be: a) The Twin Towers; and, b) Washington landmarks.

What would it have taken to have had a better jet interceptor launch capability to protect these two geographical areas? Bush, at a minimum, at the very least, in all prudence, could have done this.

Jake, deal with this--will ya?
