There is ample information in the public arena to explain why things were done this way.Bush runs the WH like he would have liked to run a successful corporation.

By using the top down approach.

In this approach ,all information flows upstream and all decisions are made at the highest executive level only.If no action is requested from the top, the minions just go about their bidness, and pass the buck upstairs when questioned or when things go wrong.

This all works fine if you have an effective ,intelligent and engaged CEO ,but tends to go Deep South if the opposite is true, and even worse when the CEO is given bad INTEL and is being pushed around by those on the Board Of Directors with an alternate agenda other than that of the security of the country.

That's what’s happened.

Pure and simple.

Time for management change....as America's falling global equity dwindles.

Hey..maybe the SEC should be doing this investigation!
