Buckey:

BOCX used a derivative of that press release well over a year ago. At that time insiders had filed to sell about 1.4MM shares.

One thing you might want to understand Buckey is that the DD I do on companies is meticulous. When I started on BOCX I spent literally a week talking to representatives of the company itself, tracing the origin of the patent, cross referencing all principles of BOCX in Edgar filings to find out what they had been involved in in the past, following up on the RJVN front company they were involved with, and cross checking addresses of other companies involved with BOCX that were in the same city and even on the same street.

All I found was a field of red flags so bright it made the sun look dim.

IMO, based on probably the most extensive DD ever done by anyone on BOCX it is a complete fraud dervied from one broken down race horse.

Do whatever you want. Just remember that BOCX insiders dumped millions of shares into the market in late 2003 for $.17-.22 per share and then loaded up on new shares for $.001. Also, BOCX failed to produce their 10-K on time. My guess is that it will show a lot more shares issued than the last 10-Q and that is why it was filed late.

Enjoy your tread through the minefield.
