I seem to recall a partial list of US companies providing illegal arms to Iraq, which from what I understand was the main content of the redacted portion of the report. I don't remember the details though.

How else? If the crimes aren't reported, the criminals can't be held accountable. It's what's known as "national security". I suppose they figure if all the crooks were put behind bars, there would be no one left to run the country.
