The Pentagon didn't issue it's first report on the Cole until January, and the NSC, CIA and FBI didn't conclude Al Qaeda was responsible until Bush was in office. But he did nothing. Hanging around AS making you a dumb ass or are you doing that all on your own? Everyone in the world knew who did it as soon as it happened, ON CLINTON'S WATCH....yet you say it was Bush's failure?
