Cheney-Bush give the middleclass crumbs then pick their pockets with the other hand. It's all a con game. Why do you fall for it. Cheney-Bush give the average working family a few hundred bucks, then run up huge deficits, shift the tax burden from the rich to the middleclass, bankrupt government programs, shift tax loads to the states and local communities, make sure energy prices are high and offer little help with college tuitions and health care. Plus they always side with the corporate gougers of consumers like the drug companies. Bottomline, Cheney-Bush rip off average Americans and even wealthy ones while pretending to give them back "their money". They never mention it's also their 13 trillion dollar debt.
