Interest only. Simple interest but you can pay extra if you want to.
That is 2% less than my current 15 yr fixed. 40% less interest!

IF I lose my job all I have to pay every month is the interest. After 10 years, the payment adjusts to an amount that will pay it off over the next 15 years.

If you think FF rates are going to stay 3.25% or less, there is not a better deal anywhere IMO.
