Another way of saying "redistribution of income."

Not really. What Kerry is saying is that folks that make more than $200,000 a year don't need a tax cut as much as folks that make $20,000 a year.

The lower income folks are struggling to make ends meet, pay for healthcare, send their kids to school. Folks making in excess of $200,000 are not struggling.

Since they have the ability to pay more in taxes, they should. The income tax code has always been progressive. it should remain so. And when times are tough, the folks making lots of money should pitch in a bit more. It's patriotic to pay taxes.

The rightwing should quit worrying about the estates of billionaires and become more worried about our real problems. Rightwingers have been duped over the years to supporting programs which hurt them personally and which benefit billionaires, huge corporate interests, polluters and super CEO's. it's really outrageous. That's why the GOP needs to lose in November, sweep out the old and cleanse itself. The neocon revolution has been a complete costly failure.
