Saying "get France involved" is not a solution.

I wonder why getting other nations involved is not a solution. Especially when the Iraqis perceive the US occupation as something where the US is out to grab for themselves by refusing contracts to other countries to rebuild Iraq.

If the Iraqis want the world to be involved in their rebuilding, then who is Bush to say No they cannot have that?
