"wasteful competition"

The true costs of unfettered capitalism are grossly underestimated in terms of the what societies must spend to clean-up the left-over garbage as well as the strain on the quality of life. Other industrialized nations understand this and have reformed and progressed the model. While some Americans may give higher credit limits more value than an extra week's vacation, other cultures do not. Besides, my point was about a difference in world view concerning the stability of society.

<< Every year, the benevolent and wise government hands out a debit card already credited with your fair share of the GDP, and you can pick anything you want from the state-run commissary. Yes, true paradise right here on earth.>>

Only if Bass Pro Shops is part of the commissary.
