It's just common sense and logic. Prior to 9/11, there was no history of suicide planes. There were threats and reports. Imagine yourself in charge. Every day you get 1000's of threat warnings. You get one that says UBA DUBBA, follower of OBL, has been trying to buy a black market nuke. You have perhaps 100's of identical warnings but no details as to where to find Uba Dubba or where the nuke is or where the purchase was. Do you allocate 100 agents to Uba Dubba? What about Whamma Lamma Ding Dong, ex-patriote of Yemen, who brags about major biological vials that he has purchased. Nobody knows where WHamma is but we know that 6 months ago he said he wanted to bring new germs to NYC. See what I mean. Multiply this by thousands of threats, real threats, imagined threats, phoney threats, etc. Unless one can say Bush and company absolutely knew about WTC 9/11 and ignored them, then I stick to my position that "If Clinton, Gore, Lieberman, Kerry were President, we'd still have had 9/11 unfortunately."
