Arrest of Reliant execs proves Cheney-Bush phony energy crisis theory, that their closest advisors and friends banded together during the 2000 campaign to stick it to California and the rest of the country with full support from Cheney-Bush. Reliant was run by James Baker, the Bush's family's top legal advisor. Enron was their biggest contributor and closest corporate helper.
