Cheney-Bush more dangerous than Nixon for many reasons: giveaways to the rich and corporate interests, damaged alliances, environmental pollution, reckless wars we can't get out of, pork barrel spending we don't need, draining of SS and Medicare and the Treasury in general. Because JK can make America just as safe or safer from terrorism, why would anyone vote for Cheney-Bush?

<More likely, I think, Bush was so hell bent on invading Iraq that he convinced himself of a truth based on faulty evidence. That is a terrible sin. But not the same as deliberately misleading the country into the disaster that Iraq has become.>

"convinced himself of a truth based on faulty evidence"..... What if he knew that evidence was faulty? would that still be lying? Didn't the CIA tell him a couple of times he was using faulty evidence from Niger in his state of the union speech and request that he not use it? Didn't he use it anyway?

The following is very short and on topic.
