Not estates, but income. That is net income.
Estates below 1.5 million aren't taxed anyway but JK will do his best to make sure no small businesses or family farms fail because of estate taxation.

No details? No plan? No vote!!! I suggest you read up on the details on plans that have been put forth by OTHER Democrats (largely not to tax estates under 10 million.)

Cheney-Bush have been very dishonest about "death taxes". In fact for the vast majority of people they don't exist anyway. They impact mainly the very rich who are the ones Cheney-Bush work so hard to reward at everyone else's expense.

Another example of poor implementation or attempt at policy by a Kerry spokesperson once you get by the catch words.

What do you mean "they don't exist anyway?" Estates don't exist? Do you think estates of $2 million should be taxed? That's a house in California or Boston, or a small business, or a farm. Even most Democrats think it should be $10 million.

You didn't answer my point about charitable foundations and generation skipping trusts. That's what the really rich people like the Kerry's and the Heinz' use to totally avoid estate taxes, as well as income taxes. No wonder Kerry's spokesman doesn't want to talk about this.

Hmmmmmmmmph!!!!!!! Some tax reformer!!!!
