Fox News just leans pro-Bush, they're not as bad as Newsmax which is merely a propaganda RNC attack service. But just a 25% bias distorts the news enough so that it's not credible. Brit Hume is credible, but his panel does not include a liberal so it leans right of center. Hannity-Colmes is supposedly 50-50 but Hannity has the much louder mouth (though these days less credibility). Fox News should put on someone like Al Franken to balance things out but they never will. They hate Franken.
