Yes...........the Houston area is a maze of pipelines and various refineries. I would think that Dallas and other Texas towns are also the same. California has many refineries also. There are many areas that are probably not well protected across the country.............a nuclear plant would also be disasterous. I don't feel so safe with Condi watching...........she has her eyes on the Bush agenda and not the best interests of Americans.
