What a pipe dream. The Pals already get the highest per capita foreign aid in the history of the planet. What have they used it for? Why would that change? Nadine... why are you so hostile to advancing such a solution? You yourself have stated that the situation is hopeless as it currently stands. What would be your CREDIBLE alternative solution? And please explain the potential repercussions, and/or advantages, of such a plan.. Because thus far, I've been VERY disappointed in the quality of your responses. You seem to constantly assert that my proposal is a "pipe dream" when in fact, the REAL pipe dream is to believe that the current status quo will result in any real peace. The Palestinians and Israelis need to be separated by an international force, for the sake of both peoples. And that international force needs to to ensure that the foreign assistance we're providing to the Palestinians is used for the benefit of those people, not for corrupt leadersship and militants. We frankly haven't got the time to wait the years it might take until the Israelis and Palestinians sort things out for themselves. There is a demographic timebomb ticking in the mid-east, and it's fuse has been lit by the Islamic militants. And when it explodes, all the nuclear devices in the Israeli arsenal will not deter the suicide attacks that will occur against the country you would see protected. Hawk
