That's making more sense. I too was puzzled when Iraq became the target because while he did pose what I too though was some kind of threat, I felt there was just too much instability in the region to launch another campaign

the paki's and indians were have border conflicts if you recall. and N korea was being a dick with real nukes. SHsn was still getting his teeth out of his throat..
