I would hope more people would be aware of his environmental record. Not much is discussed as the central theme is out sourcing of jobs and the war... 9/11 failure.

Yet the first thing he did was take away the clean air act and something else about water. Everything to pay back the big companies that contribute heavily to his campaign. When one runs a check those companies that benefit the most are contributors to the Republicans and very little to the Democrats.. One has to check the numbers. This is why I liked McCain so much on his contribution issues.

Also... the man who is fighting the Mine disaster in WV started of by saying that he had worked for the last three administrations... and that this one was the most dishonest one yet.

I don't know how many people watch 60 Minutes. However anyone watching last week who has any sensitivity at all to what is happening in environmental issues would be horrified. Of course the administration is trying to unseat this guy but the towns people are rallying around him as they say HE IS HONEST..

Kerry will blast Cheney-Bush on the environment. Just first things first. Kerry's friend Robert Kennedy Jr. has compiled lists and lists of proven crimes versus nature during the Cheney-Bush. In their totality, they are egregious, disgusting, really evil. Clearly the Cheney camp cannot stand the thought of preserving anything if you can make a quick buck out of tearing it up, fouling it or cutting it down. These issues will be clearly before the nation by November. Contrast this with Kerry's excellent record on the environment without being anti-business.

They're even mad in Wyoming where lots of folks own their homes but not the mineral rights below their property.
