Another great speech by Robert Byrd. When junior sees Byrd coming he might as well bend over. I wish he was on the 9-11 panel, then the people who are crying about the democrats being too tough on juniors administration would really see what tough is. Condi would not have gotten by with filibustering him, he would not have stood for it one minute. The older Byrd gets the more eloquent he gets. I hope he is able to serve many more years
