Re: "Its is bad of you since I was not on the conference call."

It's bad of you to claim I said you were on that call when I did not. Nor did I imply it, in fact.

I finger you because you've supported Pluvia in the face of his statement to further his/its short position, here on SI, in stating that Terayon didn't sell the all important DOCSIS products when in fact they did. In short, like Pluvia, you have supported the same illegal lie from Pluvia's short report by yor failure to recognize it "aloud" here when confronted with the reality of it (yea, railing against me, the messenger with foolish/childish/derogatory/irrelavent banter instead...much like Pluvia).

Nothing yet has happened to Terayon that hasn't happened to the rest of its' industry, indeed the bulk of the Tech markets, therefore the price you note alone proves nothing, while the fact that the predictions they publically made have come true renders the suits largely asunder even without the fact that the Judge has recognized the criminal nature of Pluvia's "our guys," to the point of throwing them out of the suit and offering that Terayon investors may have a suit against Pluvia's "our guys."
