I'll assume the accuracy of your post. It's past my bedtime, and I don't have the time to check. I got them from this article

You can see why I believed they were from Fallujah. Since blandy has now admitted (IMO) to the likelihood of babies being killed by Americans in Fallujah, the pictures are of no importance to my argument with him. OTOH, if the the linked organization is deliberately misleading the public, then we both have an argument with them.
