I wouldnt count on it. I believe the government either gives tax credits or outright underwrites this research but everyone I have spoken to seems to feel Hydrogen is just gonna be too hard a problem to solve at a reasonable cost. Personally, I think the answer for at least the next generation or so is those Hybrid vehicles (electric and gas). They seem to make the most sense to me, especially for they typical commuter. I was impressed with I believe it was a Toyota Prurius (sp?) I saw at the Ft. Lauderdale auto show last month. jdn
