You are wrong and being obstinate. This is the only rational plan to correct the Bush blunder.

If you think China, India, Russia, and several NATO countries can't "provide enough troops", than you don't think there are enough troops in the World.

You are wrong. The Kerry plan will work. The Bush "no plan" is a miserable failure (like everything else Bush does).
