Here is a start....the memo said that 70 FBI sources or agencies were investigating....now...if you read that at the end of the PDB, would you have said we have to do something? or would you have believed something WAS being done? As it has been explained, President Bush was in the middle of changing the way terrorists were going to be handled, rather than continue the policy of dealing with each action after the fact, he wanted to go after the organization. I have asked several times what ACTIONS the Bush administration have taken against terrorism and not got a reply Have you been asleep the last 1 1/2 year? You are starting to sound like a one of the local pinhead liberals.
