I think the real significance of the memo is the further illustration of how weak our intelligence capabilities are. To offer up a piece of crap briefing like that to the President of the United States is mind boggling. I could have produced a better report than that just using Google. Throw in the terrible intelligence produced regarding Iraq, and it is impossible to conclude that our intelligence agencies produce anything of value whatsoever.
