I hope you are right. I suspect we have been lucky. I agree that post 9/11, we seem to be operating at a more efficient manner.

Just as I wouldn't blame Bush any more than his predecessors, I don't give him much credit in changing the system. I don't think he's any better or worse.

That's why I'm looking for real dynamic innovations in all areas from Kerry rather than just "Bush sucks."
