Hi Jeff, Do to Houstons humidity it is all block. Cheaper labor does block much cheper than welders. I stayed at a friends house in Phoenix and he said he had owned several high end BarBQ's .He stated point blank he had the best out there.I said show me why you say that. He took me out and showed me a DCS grille - it was top shelf.He said it is made by the same people as Viking. I'll give it my best and if that doesn't work I guess I'm buying round trip tickets from Vegas.GG Bob
