As I recall, the article was in Reader's Digest. I think I saw similar articles concerning the Wankel Engine (remember the Mazda?). That engine failed to perform in the market place because of technological weaknesses, as I remember.

I do wish hydrogen power could be developed further, if possible. It could be the Linux of the automotive world.
