Thanks Rat.. My partner in Vietnam has been telling me for a couple of weeks that the political climate between the minorities and the government of Vietnam has been souring. This happens every year or two, it ebbs and flows. We keep our head down and wait while things are sour. This is also why it is very important to get governmental approval for all of the work we do, so the government can't come back and accuse us of aiding their enemy.. We have a well under construction, but it is 250 miles south of the current action, but the whole area is politically charged. scott
