SheepSeeker, All I can say is, put me in the corner of the Judge, whom I gather you are saying doesn't have any idea what she is talking about, either.

Pluvia? What'd he know when he wrote that Terayon sold only proprietary products. That certainly was wrong, no? Yes or no, eh? Gotta be one or the other.

Perhaps the implication I draw here is that you, in saying I don't know what I'm talking about, in fact are in effect saying Terayon indeed was not selling non-proprietary DOCSIS products just as Pluvia said they weren't. Gee, maybe I'm wrong about that, LOL. Better check! VBG NO wait, Pluvia had already acknowledged himself that they sold DOCSIS products then (albeit from another manufacturer), even before the appearance of his report stating otherwise. Damn, how can that be? Huh.

Maybe he was in a rush to bash Terayon (though he never did reveal his promised 3rd report on Terayon), and just wrote a wrong sentence without thinking too closely. Well, we can see it was wrong, no doubt, eh? Hello? Yes or No? Are you familiar with those words?

I thought you asked for the reference to where Pluvia said what I'm reporting, because you wanted to look at the situation honestly, take a stand and back him up with fact to refute me, perhaps. Hello? Can you choose between yes and no and answer me if Pluvia's report was wrong when it said TERN sold only proprietary products? Yes or No? That's all you have to say, one or the other.

I know, going by your history, it is unlikely you will choose. At least the TERAYON information which I recall was on your own site (no?) didn't include this particular error. But wait, you did bash Terayon too, on your site, no? So does that mean you have an association with Cardinal Partners? Did you post the Cease and Desist Cablelabs letter to Terayon on your site? Hmmm, I think so. But that was written, according to the news reports, as a result of a Cardinal Partners letter writing campaign while trying to save their butts from their huge out of the money short position. Boy, you knew about THAT right away...seems to me you at least must KNOW some folks from Cardinal Partners.

Please, don't just say I'm offbase, explain it to me. No? I guess you have to keep some secrets then.
