One of the cable network talking head shows, I think MSNBC, showed a clip of Bush on that day driving around in his golf cart complaining about Saddam. I think he said something like Saddam kicked out the inspectors (when in truth it was Clinton who pulled them prior to bombing), and that he's got to let the inspectors do their job.
