Follow the above link, and you will find Pluvia saying exactly what I've been saying he said, as quoted below, eh? Yes or no.

"While the vast majority of the cable modems installed in the United States are based on a technology called TDMA (time division multiple access), Terayon's products are based solely on a technology called S-CDMA (synchronous code division multiple access)."

Dang, they were selling DOCSIS products (i.e. TDMA) then (public knowledge even Pluvia was publicly known to be aware of), and yet he said their products were "solely" S-CDMA. Simply not true. Not only did they offer TDMA based DOCSIS products then, despite Pluvia's above words, now DOCSIS products are about all they sell in the way of modems and such for cable internet systems (though DOCSIS 2.0 products DO now take advantage of Terayon's formerly proprietary S-CDMA technology).
