That is not what Kerry said. The actual quote was: "these guys are the most crooked, you know, lying group of people I've ever seen."

Kerry said he was talking about the attack dogs. This was right after some of the false rumors hit the internet (faked picture of him with Fonda at the podium, false rumor about an affair, etc.)

He didn't say the "Bush administration", although he might have been thinking it just like many Americans<g>!
