His (Bush's) UN speech was in September of '02. But never mind that; tell me what Saddam had to do with 9-11? Who financed 9-11? I seem to remember if was the Bush Familes longtime friends...the Saudis. And France was NOT convinced. If they were, they'd backed us. Powell clearly stated a few months after Junior took office that Saddam had no WMD. Then came 9-11, and Powell changed course. Why? Because our real president, Dick Cheney wanted us to go to war with Iraq. GWB is only president on paper. Cheney, Rummy, & Wolfowitz control him. He's their puppet. Their Huckleberry. The same group of neoncon thugs wanted Reagan, Bush Sr, and Clinton to go to war against Iraq. They didn't because they all have something George Jr doesn't. A brain. That's from 2001, two years prior to his famous UN speech. Obviously, he reviewed the US, French, German and Russian intel and became as convinced as France was by Feb 2003.
