His was a published short report. The statement indicating that Terayons products were based "solely" on S-CDMA was a derogatory falsehood, since they in fact DID offer the popular in the U.S. TDMA products noted in the quoted, at the time. It's illegal to pretend a company doesn't offer important market leading products they in fact do offer, in an investment report, I do believe (particularly when it can be demonstrated that he knew better, by his own words). Do you get it yet (I think you are a bit slow)? If so, In Your Humble Opinion, was or was not Pluvia's statement derogatory and false at once? Yes or No, ok? Dan B.
