Yes or no, OK? I believed you couldn't take a stand, and I was right so far. No direct answer from you, just attempts to pretend plain words don't mean what they in fact say. I feel I know exactly what needed correcting, and who. Changing the subject and/or continuing to spout cute ad hominems my way won't help. Dan B.

Hey TruthEvader. Did something need correcting in Pluvia's short report (many things, I'd say FYI)? Yes or No. Did you work on behalf of Cardinal Partners in trying to help them recover from their huge loss short position in Terayon? Yes or No. Cardinal Partners is known to have initiated the letter writing campaign to CableLabs, which spurred the later retracted Cease & Desist letter from them to Terayon. You linked that Cease and Desist letter on your site early on. Did you link to that letter on behalf of Cardinal Partners? Just curious to get the truth you no doubt can tell. TIA buddy. Dan B.
