Hopefully, we kept our info from the brokerage who holds it...I called about a month ago, and wanted to have the sheet/s because she make me nervous when she said they purge the system after you have sold it, and after a time. The sheets they sent had the info...

I received a general form saying that if I wanted to be excluded from the class action I should sign saying I wanted to be excluded. If I did not ask to be excluded I would automatically be included and there was no further action needed on my part.

I was not a principal in the filing of the class action-----that is likely why I have not been ask for details.

I was a principal in another class action and had to provide details of all applicable transactions. If I had not provided the details I would have been excluded and the settlement would have been greater to those who did provide details.

It took about 5 years for this suit to be resolved and settlement to be made----settlement was strung out for almost 2 years after the judge ruled for the stockholders. Settlement was made in cash and stock---and was worth the effort made initially.

If people like Carolyn don't file then it may be that the funds are divided amongst a smaller pool of filers making the procedes larger proportionately.

I hate class actions----however it is about the only tool the common shareholder has to use. Brokerage firms deny responsibiity as most trades are labeled unsolicited by the broker-------that means they are not responsible for your decision etc.

Carolyn hope you do well better than 19 cents.
