LOL. This is what happens when someone only slightly smarter than Dan Quayle gets shoved into office. Remember when he couldn't remember the names of various heads of state during the campaign? Shrub is what happens when a large swath of the American Public votes for a regular likeable guy rather than the annoying guy who can do a better job. It's like they confused these two questions: - Who do you want to be leader of the most powerful country in the world? - Who do you want to have a beer with Friday night?
