Hikmatyar urges Afghans to rise against US

KABUL: In Afghanistan, Hizb-i-Islam chief has asked Aghans to rise against United State for showing solidarity with Iraqi people.

Gulbadin Hikmatyar in a statement said that situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated to the extent that he Afghans would rise voice to observe solidarity with Iraqi Mujahideen against occupation forces in the country.

Hikmatyar remarked that the Afghan would succeed in expelling the occupation forces. The statement added that gone are the days when British and US would occupy other countries by dint of forces, as nations were not oblivious to their defence. It also said that neither people nor international community endorses occupation of any country through military might.
