I totally agree. There have to be many ways to tie the right incentives to options. I like having the key employees invested in the company. Perhaps a longer vesting period and a tie of the option price to the underlying value of the stock rather than the current market price?

Glad to hear of your father's recovery. Every daughter should really love her father. I know mine do. I was lucky to be tempermentally suited to have daughters. :) Will
