On Day one, we did not have enough troops in Iraq. Finally, they are admitting it. There has been one bureaucratic blunder after another.

But... there is PCness everywhere in today's military. In talking with my friend in the air force, he says target training is focussed on avoiding civilian casualties, rather than hitting the enemy. I'm afraid Rumsfeld has to take responsibility.
