I don't believe that for a second. For one thing the President of a State Veteran's Association would not speak like that or make such an absurd statement. You have lost all credibility. Gold State Veteran's Association? Unamed. What state? What association? He gives no information. Maybe the association is in his head. A membership of one. And if I belonged to such an association, if real, and anyone asked me how I was going to vote, I would suggest that how is my own business, not his. As a VFW Life Member, I recently took a poll at my post and found 100% were voting for Bush. Both said Bush. The bar was empty that day, but 100% is pretty good. KM KM

Gold-- I doubt that you are a veteran. The navy friend, who retired after 30 yrs of active duty is dependent upon veteran benifits. I watched a bush spokeperson brag (lie) about how he increased veteran benefits. In fact, they have been reduced by bush. I went to get my benefit of drugs after hitting 65 and was told the benefit was eliminated for me. Other veterans have been screwed by bush/cheney and are also pissed at the hypocricy. However, you are calling me a lier. Leave your email, and I'll try to get the friend in touch with you--on the condition that you admit your error and vote for someone who is a real war hero--Kerry. fred
