But if he remains mired in all this worthless commission stuff, he will be less effective than he could be. He needs to be as effective as he can be. He needs a quite, brutal and flashy soundbite with which he can whack leftist reporters. Something like "Hey, don't blame me for 911 just to win an election. I am after the culprits. Here, at least here, is where all Americans should join me so we can win!" If Bush could condense that and give it fire, he would capture very large portions of fickle America.
