The responsibility of the President is to protect American Citizens and no International Law trumps that responsibility.

The President should be willing to give his life to protect other Americans. And violation of an law and maybe getting impeached is a pink prick in comparision.

But Senators ignored the law and swore under oath falsely mr. bill had never lied, so only a retarded fool would suggest violation of some international law was anything significant at all.

The President has the right to declare anything including a person a clear and present danger. But we know mr. bill was concentrating on getting monica alone during this time.

Your post shows how pathetically stupid your mind works.

Watching the hearings, together with evidence gathered to date and the general overall behavior of the Administration, I wonder if any GOPwingers on this thread could bring themselves to consider this:

More and more I'm coming to the conclusion that Bush, Cheney and those close to them, knew an Al Qaeda attack was going to happen.

And my gut instinct is telling me that they concluded they could politically sustain any kind of an Al Qaeda attack in the US (obviously not considering the magnitude of such an attack), as did Clinton, so long as the Iraq War happened and Saddam got brought down, thus trumping anything Al Qaeda could have or would have done.

And I think as a comfort zone for them coming to this conclusion is the fact that ongoing negotiations were taking place with the Taliban--43 million had been provided the Taliban in US foreign aid--where the Enron pipeline deal would have benefitted the Taliban regime and that the Taliban would eventually soften and hand Bin Laden over to Bush.

So it seems the Administration thought they had a good poker hand, ignorantly taking into account that Bin Laden had four jetliner aces in his.

More and more, I'm coming to the belief that this is exactly what happened.
