I don't have the data on this.

However, I do recall that the deceased accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, was involved in the most spectacular and largest bankruptcies on three continents. Worldcom in N. America, NIH(?) in Australia and Asian Pulp & Paper.

It's a rare talent they displayed.
