And I know the market, and these statistics do not reflect the actual market. We've discussed it here before. I realize that CA RE is on fire in some places, but NOT HERE. At least there are a few publications that have admitted as such.

If you have a rancher for sale for 450K, it will move quickly. But the avg house here is 800K, and that has been true since y2K, and prices really have gone nowhere.
